NEW NOVEL

I am delighted that my 5^th novel – Chateau Duval – has been published. It has some significant differences in format from my previous novels, particularly in that it is set in both England and France in the years running up to and during the 2^nd World War. Also the main character is revealed as a true war heroine. Also I managed to bring into the story a unique character from my first novel (Carenza’s Journey) the formidable Headmistress May Faithfull.

Whilst writing the novel I was acutely aware that all the historical facts and events were totally accurate which entailed meticulous research. During my research it came home to me how many unsung heroes/heroines there must have been during the second World War.

I am now turning my thoughts to my next novel. Ideas are beginning to formulate and the writing process begins once more.
